Priority One Ventures and Dependable Medical Transport Services Agree to Merge Companies

Merger creates the regions fastest growing Healthcare Transportation and Safety Solutions Company

Phoenix, AZ, July 7th, 2007 - Priority One Ventures Corporation and Dependable Medical Transport Services L.L.C. (DMTS) announced today that they have signed an agreement to merge companies.

Under the terms of the agreement, Priority One Ventures and DMTS will combine management, operating platforms and business assets into Priority One Enterprises L.L.C. (Priority One).

Mr. Michael Shabkie, current owner of Priority One Ventures Corporation and DMTS owners Rich and Mark Ganley as well as William H. Gibbs, will all remain partners in the newly formed Priority One.
